The season premiere will take viewers on a musical journey where they will witness the outstanding flaunt of talent, as their favourite stars perform signature tunes by some of the best loved performers of all time.
The eight stars; Hemedi, Ng'ang'alito, Patricia, Alpha, Msechu, Amileena, Davies and Caroline, will be guided through the eight week TV show by four music directors who are among the most accomplished artists in the industry.
The four music directors include sound engineer and Producer Tim "the Innovator" Rimbui, accomplished jazz musician Victor Seii, multi-talented performer Chris Adwar and consummate jazz pianist Aaron "Krucial" Rimbui.
According to Victor Seii, the shortlisted contestants are among the strongest and most versatile musical talent he has witnessed on one show.
Viewers will have a chance to vote for their favourite stars with voting lines opening in the four countries immediately after the premiere show airs.
The Tusker All Stars TV show, hosted by Eve D'Souza and Gaetano Kagwa, will air in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania on Sundays and on Mondays in Rwanda for eight consecutive weeks.
Catch the first show of the musical extravaganza starting this Sunday on Citizen TV (Kenya), UBC TV (Uganda) and TBC TV (Tanzania) from 7.30pm and on Rwanda Tv on Monday 27 at 9.30 pm.
The Tusker All Stars show, which features past Tusker Project Fame finalists, is part of Tusker's continued commitment to nurturing musical talent and live music in the Eastern Africa region.
